There are several ways to purchase or add Credits to your TaxGPT account.
During the sales process
If you're signing up for TaxGPT with the help of a Sales Representative, you can purchase Credits as part of your initial plan.
From your TaxGPT account
After signing up, you can purchase Credits directly from your TaxGPT account:
Sign in to your TaxGPT account.
Go to Admin Center.
Click Plans & Credits.
Click Add Credits.
Follow the next steps to complete the purchase.
Through your Customer Success Manager
You can also contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) if you need a credit top-up or have questions about credits.
