  1. Open https://app.taxgpt.com/

  2. Go to "Admin Center"

  3. Select 'Plans & Billing'.

  4. Click 'Cancel Subscription'.

  5. In the 'Continue to cancelation' field, select reason and follow prompts.

  6. Schedule a support call if we can help or continue to 'Cancel now'.
