Follow these steps to cancel your subscription:
In the top right corner, click your 'Avatar'.
Select 'Plans & Billing'.
Click 'Cancel Plan'.
In the 'Continue to cancelation' field, select reason and follow prompts.
Schedule a support call if we can help or continue to 'Cancel now'.
